CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel via text at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of services booked. THERE IS A 5 GRACE PERIOD FOR LATE ARRIVALS YOU MUST BE IN THE TREATMENT ROOM BY THE 5 MIN MARK. Anything past that will be charge 50% of services booked and you will need to reschedule. All deposits & services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
